Of South African extraction, I've lived in the UK for 8 years and in South-West London for the last 6. Now based in Putney, I established the East London, West London and South-West London franchises of Time For You Domestic Cleaning. Both franchises are well-established and being managed by former cleaners who will eventually assume ownership. Needing a fresh challenge, I was directed by my parents, who are successful landlords, to the growing need for professional, independent inventories in the letting market. Drawing on my years of Estate Agency experience, I could see the opportunities that initiatives such as the Tenant Deposit Scheme and the Dispute Service would create within the rapidly expanding property rental industry.
