We were very pleased with the service before the paperless inventory came into place.
Just book in the appointments on the online diary or any urgent jobs just call Jo and she books it in.
Since the paperless inventory has come into place we no longer have to print it and chase the tenants for return of the inventory.
Before I was chasing tenants to bring the inventory back into the office and they did not always respond.

Tailor Made have been using Geraldine from Inventory Clerk for 5 years.
